1. Educational Qualification

  • Minimum Requirement:
    A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification as recognized by the Central Government.

    • Candidates in their final year/semester of graduation can also apply, provided they produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before the specified date in the notification.

  3. A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, intending to settle permanently in India.
  4. A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam, intending to settle in India permanently.

Note: Candidates under categories 2, 3, and 4 must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

4. Local Language Proficiency

  • Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state/UT they are applying for.
